Who We Are

I’m the founder of Tekavra Creative. The name means “I create with craft” and “crafted with soul.” Our goal is to transform the tech world for the good of mankind. Profit comes second. We build websites, apps and software for founders and small businesses.

Everything we make comes from one idea: built by the people, for the people. We build places where people connect, where creators earn from their work, and where safety and honesty about people’s data come first, from day one. I’m hiring for heart first, and skill second.

The Long View

I’m not looking for a quick gig. I’m looking for someone who, 5 or 10 years from now, wants to look back at what we built together and how we treated each other along the way. We’ll get through the hard parts together, and we’ll celebrate the wins by name. This is the start of a long partnership.

• Wants work to help people, not just pay the bills.
• Honest even when it’s uncomfortable. Tells me early when something is wrong. No one gets blamed for mistakes.
• Kind to teammates, clients and the people who use what we build.
• Wants a long-term home and to grow with the team, not move on in a year.

The way you work

• Self-starter. Asks when stuck.
• Learns fast, and can pick up a tool they have never used.
• Good instincts. Can tell when something feels off, even before being able to say why.
• Cares about the details: spacing, speed, wording, edge cases.
• Writes clearly in English, since we work across time zones.

The skills

• Has built something real, even small.
• TypeScript and React are a plus. We teach the rest.
• No degree or formal training needed.
• Using AI to code is welcome, as long as you understand and check what it writes.

The Work

Part-time for the first 1–2 months while we get to know each other. If it’s a good fit, we’ll talk openly about growing your hours and your role. The work covers web, phone apps, fixes and new features (TypeScript, React, Cloudflare).

Pay

$500–800/month to start, depending on experience. As your role grows, your pay grows with it, and we’ll talk about it openly. We start with a paid 2–4 week trial.
