Who we are

Tekavra Creative (“Tekavra,” “we,” “us”) is a custom software house based in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA. This policy explains what personal information we handle through our website at tekavra.com, why we handle it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question, reach us at hello@tekavra.com.

What information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and to keep the site running well.

Information you give us

• Contact & project inquiries. When you email us or submit a form, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message (for example, details about your business or project).
• Correspondence. Records of emails and messages you exchange with us, so we can follow up and keep track of your request.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data. Standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is gathered through our hosting provider and privacy-friendly analytics to understand traffic and diagnose problems.
• Cookies & similar technologies. A small number of cookies and local identifiers. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to opt out.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of data (such as health, financial account, or biometric data) through this site.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you ask about.
• To send transactional messages: confirmations, replies, and project-related communication you initiated.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and measure its performance.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We only send marketing email if you have opted in, and every such email includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Third parties & service providers

We keep our vendor list short and choose providers with strong privacy practices. We share data with them only to run the services above, never to sell it.

• Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery, security, and privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics for our site.
• Brevo: delivery of transactional and (where you opted in) email messages.
• Analytics: aggregate, privacy-respecting measurement of site traffic and performance.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and only as our service provider. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies

Visitor analytics

Every real page or route visit to tekavra.com and our other properties writes one row to a private, first-party analytics database we run on Cloudflare. It runs without a tracking cookie and regardless of your cookie choice above — it is not an advertising or cross-site tracker, and this section explains exactly what it does.

What we log

• Request details. The page path and HTTP method for the request.
• IP address & geolocation. Your IP address and the country, region, city, postal code, latitude/longitude, and time zone Cloudflare's network associates with it.
• Network info. Your network's autonomous system (typically your ISP or hosting provider) and the Cloudflare edge location that served the request.
• Browser & referrer. Your browser's User-Agent string and the page that referred you here.

Why

To understand who visits our sites, keep our own traffic numbers accurate, and spot abuse or attack patterns (a flood of requests from one network, for example). It is first-party only: the database lives in our own Cloudflare account behind our admin login, and we do not send, share, or sell this data to any advertising network, analytics vendor, or other third party.

Retention

Raw visit records, including your IP address and precise location, are deleted automatically 90 days after the visit. A scheduled job runs daily and permanently removes every row older than 90 days; nothing about a specific visit is kept past that window.

The owner-tag cookie

A single first-party cookie, set only when we deliberately mark our own browser, flags our own visits so we can exclude them from the numbers. It carries no information that identifies you, cannot be read by any other site, and is never used to track you across the web.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, typically the length of our correspondence or engagement, plus a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping requirements. Aggregate analytics are retained in a de-identified form. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information.
• Opt out of sale/sharing: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, but you may confirm this choice at any time.
• Withdraw consent: opt out of non-essential cookies or unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
• Non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
• Portability & objection (EEA/UK): receive your data in a portable form and object to certain processing.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request where the law requires it.

How to exercise your rights

Email hello@tekavra.com with your request. We will verify your identity, respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 30-45 days), and let you know if we need more time. You may also authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

How we protect your data

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, reputable infrastructure providers, and the principle of least data, we collect only what we need. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly if an issue arises.

Children’s privacy

Our website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed here and by our service providers. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you understand your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Please review it periodically.
