What We Build Work Process Pricing About Contact Start a Blueprint

The Work

Real Businesses. Real Systems. Shipped.

We’ve built field operations platforms, a social platform on web, iPhone and Android, mobile apps, AI systems, CRMs, and websites for real businesses, from the first plan to launch. This is what that looks like.

This isn’t a portfolio of mockups. Every system below was built with intention and is in real use. Platforms built from the ground up, and apps on iOS and Android from one codebase.

Featured Builds

Software People Run Their Day On.

OHPAH: a firefighter's career exposure record OHPAH: a call logged automatically from radio dispatch
OHPAH A firefighter’s health record that fills itself in. One-tap shift check-in, calls logged from live radio dispatch, and a record of career exposure. On iPhone and Android.
Broomstack: the operations platform a cleaning company runs on
Broomstack The platform a cleaning company runs on: scheduling, crews, time clock and payroll, from the office or from a phone between jobs.

Software Platforms

Built and Shipped, Start to Finish.

Each of these started from nothing, was built with intention, and made it all the way to real users. It’s the same craft whether it’s a social platform, a mobile app, an AI system, or the tools our own studio runs on.

Kennect: a social platform on the web, iPhone and Android

01Social Platform

Kennect

The Problem
A founder wanted a social platform built around safety and real connection, on the web and on both kinds of phone.
What We Built
A full social platform: a website plus iPhone and Android apps on one back end, with accounts, a feed, messaging, communities, live video and moderation.
The Capability
One platform on three screens, in public beta with real users, and owned outright by its founder.
  • Web + iOS + Android
  • Messaging & communities
  • Live video
Two phones on a kitchen table: one household app on iPhone and Android

02Cross-Platform App

Hearth

The Problem
Households juggle calendars, tasks and money across apps that don’t talk to each other. And a real product has to work on both kinds of phone.
What We Built
A household app for iOS and Android from a single codebase: secure accounts, a shared family space, and subscription tiers. Sent through TestFlight to the App Store.
The Capability
One app, both phones, real subscription billing. A consumer product taken from idea to the App Store and improved with real users.
  • iOS + Android
  • Subscriptions
  • TestFlight → App Store
Clarity Counts Books: the firm's website, with the custom CRM behind it

03Bookkeeping CRM

Clarity Counts Books

The Problem
A bookkeeping firm needs to bring on clients, move documents securely, and report on finances. That usually means spreadsheets and email stitched together.
What We Built
A custom CRM for the firm: client onboarding, secure document handling, and financial reporting. The firm’s whole client operation in one place.
The Capability
The firm runs on software built for bookkeeping, not a generic tool that fights the way accountants work.
  • Client onboarding
  • Document flow
  • Financial reporting
Four images generated through imagen for this website Made with imagen, for this site

04Owned Infrastructure

imagen: AI Image API

The Problem
Several of our products need images generated on demand, and no single provider is the best, or the cheapest, for every job.
What We Built
Our own AI image-generation API that works with several providers. One endpoint sends each job to the right engine and serves multiple products from one place.
The Capability
Every product calls one API, and it picks the right engine for each job. We own it and reuse it across the studio.
  • Multi-provider
  • Single endpoint
  • Reused studio-wide
